Refund policy

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us at sales@bellaartdenicole.com if you have any concerns with your order. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount minus any nonrefundable fees (i.e. credit card fees). Although we don't have a blanket refund policy, your satisfaction is important to us and we will work hard to make sure you are satisfied. All of our products are hand made with the aid of 3D printers and tiny imperfections may be present, but we go through every item to ensure they are fully functional and the imperfections do not interfere with normal use.
